PHase 2 will start with detour in washburn and CTH C. Traffic will follow CTH C west to Cornucopia and at HWY 13. Traffic traveling south will begin detour in Cornucopia and travel east to Washburn and end at HWY 13. Construction starts in Redcliff. Businesses and local traffic only.

Phase 2 of constructio will begin with a detour in Washburn and CTH C. Traffic will follow CTH C west to Cornucopia and HWY 13 which ends detour for north bound traffic and south bound traffic will follow CTH C from Cornucopia to the east to HWY 13 in Washburn. The construction will be in Redcliff with businesses and local traffic only.
